Back Up Cameras

My new car has one of those back-up cameras. Of course, with BMWs, it is not just a camera. It shows me the backup turn I can actually make plus the one I am doing, and if anything gets in the way, it sets off a god-awful warning.

At my age, I need all the help I can get: turning my head around isn't working quite as well as it used to. Worse, where do you choose to look? Mirrors to the left of me, mirrors to the right of me, a mirror right in the middle, and a display right there in the car. That is four places to be looking. This is supposed to help?

Life used to be so much simpler. I go with the camera. Haven't hit an innocent by passer yet.
