Why I Drink

I don't often comment on my dear wife's daily battles.

Unfortunately, at work, her struggles became mine. There is something VERY fundamentally wrong with this. I had my own struggles at work, and didn't need to manage hers as well.
 
For a short time we worked in the same place, so we drove together. After about 2 weeks, I realized I really didn't need her morning energy workup, nor did I need the going home debfriefing.

I stopped driving her to work. 

Curmudgeons are mayhaps crusty, but we aren't stupid.
