An Apology

My most recent post talked about the tedious 9 hour drive to our place in Maine.

In what I thought was a throw-away joke, I said my car had, like a gazillion horsepower.

These Germans seem to wake up early.  Since we are 6 hours? 8 hours? ten? who cares later than they, they read my blog..very, very early.  As proud as I am that there was someone other than Latvia studying curmudgeonry, these guys sounded somewhat pissed.

Apparently, they engineer their cars for 4.5 gazillion horsepower.
