Lawn rollers. Do you have any idea what these are - or, more precisely - were?
They were huge rollers that you filled with water so that they weighed like a zillion pounds and you ran them up and down the lawn to smooth it out.
The "you" was the roller guy, and they are a tad hard to come by these days.
We had one to smooth out the lawn because we played croquet on it.
Kids with mallets in hand. It is a miracle we are still alive.
