When I listen to my favorite music, a stereo with 4 foot high speakers, 10" woofers (with supporting 10" passive radiators) is, oh, how best to say this, moving the earth. Things are bouncing off furniture, the cats have fled and sitting next to it here in Command Central, it takes my breath away.
Just what was intended. Back in college, we used green smokable stuff to enhance music enjoyment. Here, in my dotage, simple volume seems to do the trick.
Plus a tad of Jimi Hendrix. Needless to say, my Sainted wife is not actually in residence at this moment.
